Show Us Your Business Wednesday #7 & Wednesday Blog Hops

A few weeks back, we started something new and I appreciate all of the ladies that have been participating.  If you haven't joined us yet, go ahead and jump right in.  It's never too late!  We want to learn about you and your business!

Every Wednesday we will have a specific topic about our business. At the end of the post, their will be a Linky so you can link up your Show Us Your Business Posts to share with the rest of us.

Snugzee Baby Co. Marketing Opportunity

***MARKETING OPPORTUNITY***

The SnugZee Baby Co. will be participating in the Bebe Paluzza baby expo in Austin, Texas in the fall and they have extended invitations to various companies, relevant to the baby/mom market, for co-sponsorship of their “Welcome to Mamahood!” raffle basket.

Participating sponsor logos will be displayed prominently on their company booth and visible to consumer traffic.

General stats on this baby and toddler show are as follows: 5500 confirmed consumer attendance (Austin show), 80% of which are women, 55% of these women are currently pregnant, and 72% already have at least one child in the home.

There is also another free/low cost opportunity to extend the reach of your marketing arm by donating product samples / discount coupons for their "New Mama" gift bags. These bags will be distributed directly into the new/expecting mother's hands for free from their booth to the first 1,000 consumers on a first come first serve basis.

Deadline for raffle basket donations and gift bag contributions is September 15, 2010. Show Us Your Business Wednesday Week #5- How Do You Stay Organized?

A few weeks back, we started something new and I appreciate all of the ladies that have been participating.  If you haven't joined us yet, go ahead and jump right in.  It's never too late!  We want to learn about you and your business!

Every Wednesday we will have a specific topic about our business. At the end of the post, their will be a Linky so you can link up your Show Us Your Business Posts to share with the rest of us.

This will we be a new weekly feature where Socialpreneurs (as defined, by yours truly, in the Urban Dictionary, as "WAHMs (dads too), Moms in Business, Etsy Shop Owners, Small Business Owners, Mompreneurs, Home Based Business Owners, Direct Sales Consultants and Bloggers who utilizes social media to promote their business, brand, or blog.") will be sharing different aspects of their business.

So ~

Today's post should be about "Show Us How You Stay Organized".  Tell us what little tricks you use to keep yourself organized.  I have recently discovered Google Calendar and I love it!  Each day and morning, I mark each item as done and if I just can't get to it that day, I just slide it over to the next day and at least I won't forget about it!  Do you have any favorite tools or resources that helps you stay organized? We want to hear about it!  Also, have you ever hired a personal organizer?  What was that experience like? 

Next week we will be "What are your Goals"?    We only have a couple more weeks of topics after that.  Do you have any suggestions for other topics?  I would love to hear them!

Remember, networking is all about getting to know one another!  We all want to shop from someone that we know and respect.  I hope that this blog hop will allow us to meet and get to know one another better.

31 Days to Build a Better Blog - Day 7 with the SITS Girls!

A few days before my vacation, I decided to participate with the SITS Girls in the ProBlogger's 31 Days to Build a Better Blog for this blog and my personal blog, A Single Mom and a Teenaged Girl. 

I am on Day 7 ~ while the really on top of it girls are on Day 18 so I am playing catch up!  I am determined to complete this on time!  You can take a peek at Day 1 and Day 2 here and here!

For Day 7's assignment, I thought I would share with you some of the fun and entertaining blogs that I have been able to discover while participating during the last "seven" days!

1.  The Mommyhood Memos ~ Adorable pictures and such a well designed and thought out blog!  Makes me wish I was blogging when my daughter was a little baby!

2.  My Camo Colored Life ~ She left a comment from the very beginning on my blog and I love her style of writing and sharing her life without pretenses!  I love that she shared her pictures through the years and how she gives 5 tips to be motivated to lose weight! 

3.  Pink Vanilla Cupcakes ~ Oh dear, Suzi has a few of my favorite things on her blog so even though she and I have never "met", I thought I would introduce you to her so we all can "stalk" her!  She loves Disney!  She is a Scentsy rep, so she is a "socialpreneur", even though she probably doesn't know it!  She named her blog "Pink Vanilla Cupcakes" oh my childhood favorite!!!  I want that cupcake!
